About Us

You are not alone!

Allow me to introduce myself. My name is John Fleming. I started my career as a Method, TIme, and Motion man,  working on operation metrics and efficiencies for a Money Market bank. That taught me early on about the importance of systematic encapsulation and re-synthesis of processes. I have held many positions since then, including  supervisor, industry analyst, controller, economist, project manager, principal consultant, and product manager, One thing that has never changed: my curiosity into how things are, how they should be, and how to get there.

Scoping+Analysis+Synthesis=Progress

The first stage of continuous process improvement is fact and data collections. Once all information has been collected, it is reviewed for patterns and anomalies. An idea map looks for new opportunities and strength potential, resulting in a roadmap to success.

The power of many

I have collaborated with many gifted friends and assocites over the years. When needed, I can rely upon them to help with specialty issues.
